Shipping policy

We will aim to ship all orders within 14 business days. (Excluding pre-orders).

Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be processed on the next available working day.


Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.


The Dispatch Confirmation will include a tracking number.


All orders will require a signature on delivery.

Delay is sometimes outside of our control and therefore, time of delivery will not be of the essence. As such we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the Products to you.


If the Delivery Address is incorrect or incomplete and as a result we try but are not able to make the delivery, we may treat the order as cancelled by you. Where we deem the order to be cancelled we will refund the price of the Products, but we shall be entitled to keep the amount you paid for delivery.

Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and regional conflicts, We do not take responsibility for any shipping delays for any products / pre-orders.

At Sneakerstash, we strive to provide prompt and efficient delivery of our products to our customers. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to delays in the shipping and delivery of orders. Such circumstances may include but are not limited to regional conflicts, wars, pandemics (similar to COVID-19), and other unexpected events that impact transportation and logistics.

We work closely with various shipping couriers and their terms and conditions apply to the shipment of our products. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates in situations affected by external factors such as those outlined above.

We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations. Should there be any significant delays or issues with your order due to these unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to keep you informed and assist in any way we can to track and manage the delivery process.
